Log Builders Prepare for 31st Annual Gathering
LUMBY, BC, Mar. 17, 2004 (ILBA) - Log builders, industry experts and noted speakers from Canada, the U.S. and around the world will converge at Parksville, BC, April 1-4, 2004, for the 31st annual meeting of the International Log Builders' Association. In addition to a host of activities for industry professionals, there will be several educational opportunities for the public as well. 1 day Cordwood House Thursday April 1st, & 1/2 day Alternative Housing Session Saturday April 3. The first, "Cordwood House," will offer in-depth information on how to build your own cordwood structure and will include some hands on training in the afternoon. The second session, "Alternative Housing" is for those wishing to learn more about log homes, cordwood houses, and earth roofs. The International Log Builders' Association is a non-profit educational association with membership around the world. Contact the ILBA office at 800-532-2900 for further details or visit our website at www.logassociation.org. Pre-registration is required for all conference events.
