The ReBuilding Center Supports Our United Villages
PORTLAND, OR, Feb. 2004 (ReBuilding Center) - The ReBuilding Center is a project of the non-profit community enhancement organization, Our United Villages. Developed by a group of dedicated volunteers, The ReBuilding Center is modeled after other successful building material recovery operations throughout North America (there are over 500 in the United States and Canada-see links for more info). The ReBuilding Center opened its doors to the public in June of 1998, and moved to their 62,000 square foot warehouse space in December 1999. http://www.rebuildingcenter.org/.
